On 04/17, many Members of the CA Assembly Committee on Natural Resources questioned flaws in the language & intent of AB 1000.
AB 1000 is a de facto moratorium on logistics and warehouse development statewide.
The hearing on AB 1000 has been scheduled for Monday, April 17, 2023 in the CA State Assembly Natural Resources Committee.
