Have a happy Tuesday! When we gently remind ourselves of positive things during somber times, adverse moments begin to get easier to get through. When we feel low, we must think of the highs as well.
The mind and body are interconnected. If we are not okay within ourselves, our bodies will take a toll as well. There must be equal and efficient resources for mental health care for all humans. Simply spreading the word about mental health awareness is #morethanenough.
People experiencing a mental health crisis are experiencing a devastating adversity. A crisis is a situation that can be contained without restraint. #morethanenough#MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
Being there is #morethanenough. Being present and being aware of ourselves and the people/things around us is key to unlocking the door to wellness and recovery.
You’ve got to give yourself credit for the small and big accomplishments, steps, milestones, etc. Recovery isn’t easy. Advocacy isn’t easy. Every single stride counts.
Recovery is a journey, not a race. When dealing with mental illness, an adverse moment may seem like it’ll last a lifetime. NAMI SWI is here to remind those living with mental illness and advocates alike that recovery is possible. Those moments will get better. #MoreThanEnough
Living with a mental illness is quite the journey. Reaching out for help can seem impossible or unappealing. Recovery is possible. Overcoming adversity is possible. There are people who will listen and understand. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth#MoreThanEnough
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we, as humans, must remind ourselves that we are all not alone. We would like to shed light and awareness on on individuals who live with Tardive Dyskinesia, a movement disorder.

Youth are the seeds of revolution, yet when dealing with adversity, it’s hard to speak up. It’s hard for all of us to say when we are not okay. As advocates, we must speak up for the youth. The children of the world need light as well. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth
Mental health awareness should shed light on young people as well as adults. We are all human. We can all recover. We can all be aware and break the stigmas. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth
Recovery is a remarkable journey, though sometimes making those first steps, like getting help, can be difficult. It’s okay not to be okay. It will get better. You are more than enough. You are not alone. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth
