Teta always told me if you had a wedding and a funeral at the same day, always go to the funeral because it means much more to be there for those who mourn. On the day she left, I felt the love that she poured in the eyes of the attendees & understood what she was talking about.

The new MacOS update has a screen time monitoring feature, which made me realize how I've been fooling myself. On days that I've succeeded to use my phone less, I've compensated for this time by using my laptop doing the exact same things I'd do on my phone. I feel trapped.
