1. What did I control well?
2. What got away from me?
3. What’s one thing I want to own next week?
Stat lines fade. Patterns don’t.
Listen to how you talk to yourself for one practice/workout session.
Count the negatives. Just count. Don’t judge.
Awareness is the first rep. You can’t change what you haven’t noticed.
The day before competition isn’t for overthinking.
Trust your preparation, keep your routine simple, and get your mind settled.
Clarity carries you into tomorrow.
If you want to get better, stop waiting for perfect conditions.
Train when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or off.
That’s where progress actually happens.
