Only 14 points in the 3rd quarter after building a 29-point lead is insane. All the momentum heading into halftime and they completely lost control of the game. Too many rushed 3s, turnovers, and no patience. Veteran teams don’t let that happen.
A 29-point lead blown by a young team is inexcusable. No reason for that at all. They settled for way too many unnecessary threes in the third quarter, turned the ball over, showed no patience, and completely lost control of the tempo.
@DeanMackeyX The Constitution protects the freedom to stand, kneel, salute, or place your hands wherever you choose during the anthem. The irony is complaining about Americans exercising the very freedoms the anthem is supposed to represent.
@N_Chickles @montoyalouis1 “Seems like someone went looking for something to be offended by. Patriotism isn’t a pose it’s actions. If putting your hand over your heart was all it took to love your country, we’d have a lot fewer problems.”
@TX_TheLastStand@txcannaco@DanPatrick Hey @DanPatrick $100B+ in healthcare costs
~30% of crisis mental health detentions involve alcohol 1 in 10 adults = alcohol use disorder
And the biggest of them all - 178,000 deaths/year
But yeah… cannabis consumption is dangerous, right?
@in_steeler@RealDonKeith@leeeeee_1985 You can disagree with Mueller all day, but saying ‘glad he’s dead’ isn’t strength it’s a loss of basic decency. If we’re going to invoke faith, then apply it consistently, dignity, accountability, and respect for life don’t become optional just because it’s politically convenient
@in_steeler@RealDonKeith@leeeeee_1985 If your worldview is rooted in the Bible, celebrating someone’s death, anyone’s is completely out of alignment with it. Scripture calls for humility, truth, and restraint, not cheering when someone dies because they opposed your side.
@John44938858720@ali_naka Reporting someone later doesn’t erase prior ties. The 2004 Palm Beach split suggests a relationship that changed , not one that never happened. When powerful people fall out, history doesn’t disappear. It just gets rebranded
@BlakeTDavis0103@CollinRugg During the early work on Trump Tower in 1980, about 200 undocumented Polish immigrants were hired through a subcontractor to demolish the old Bonwit Teller building on Fifth Avenue to clear the site for the new tower.
@GoldenMindTrade@txcannaco@GregAbbott_TX Let’s not forget the toxins in junk food, candy, and soda—also sold at the same gas stations accused of selling “toxic” hemp. The argument against hemp mirrors those against alcohol and processed food. Selective outrage doesn’t equal real concern.
@TexasHempBiz@GregAbbott_TX This is exactly why voting in 2026 is so important. Many Texans clearly disagree with these decisions, and the most powerful way to demand change and ensure our leaders truly represent us is at the ballot box.
@CjbTamu96@DanPatrick Genuinely curious—when is the next opportunity to vote for new leadership? Based on the bipartisan frustration in the comments, it’s clear many believe there are far more pressing issues that deserve our attention. @GregAbbott_TX
@LtGovTX@Burrows4TX@TomOliverson Banning THC ignores medical benefits and fuels unregulated markets. Regulation and education—not prohibition—protect communities. Not sure who keeps voting for Dan Patrick, but the next generation of young voters won’t.
@CitizensSafe@LtGovTX@Burrows4TX@TomOliverson Is it a win for families who’ve lost loved ones to alcohol? For those drowning in property taxes? What’s clear is that those keeping career politicians in power are just as out of touch with real issues.
