LDL: 9 mg/dL. Yes ! single digit.
On a Rosuvastatin for last 3 years.
Intermediate ASCVD risk. Strong family history of premature CAD.

And guess what?

•NO diabetes

• No muscle cramps
(I run 10K every week,Gym 3x/weekCycle 3x/week)

• No brain fog

I feel stronger at 44 than I did at 35.

Very low LDL is not dangerous.

The real enemy isn’t statins.
It’s plaque.

Statins reduce events. Statins save lives.
Period.

Stop spreading fear.
