2K has to fix the City quality of life issues ASAP.

Terrible choppy frame rates, the Cities are dying out after 2 hours and then you have to join a new one (they don't fill up evenly), and we need optimisations for more people per City because the wait for games is TOO LONG.

6. Allow more people into city
