NBRB has today commenced a training for Board officers led by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) on the prosecution of offences under the Building Control Act.
The training is focusing on key prosecution procedures including evidence collection and storage, tendering evidence in court, and handling digital evidence, with the aim of strengthening enforcement and ensuring officers are fully versed with prosecution processes under the law.
