I hear that wasps love to make nests near these warm cameras. Wasps are super dangerous though - so its very important to preemptively use a long shot (22ft) wasp and hornet spray to make sure no hornets move in.

I just worry about the size of it. And there isn't really any way to SHOW that it won't be a concern later.

It is a genuine wait and see at best and worst.

I have full faith in the current talent! They rock! It is just...the future and hoping they prepared the intake for the application pool getting much bigger.

@guru_xd - I worry about JP saturation because of the overwhelming amount of applications.

It is human nature when overwhelmed to, even subconsciously, try to find ways to reduce the load.

And that COULD come in the form of focusing domestically. Again, not malicious at all! -
