2nd was on 18 Jan 2019
Your executive called me on 18/01/19 asking details about 27/12/19’s incident and surprisingly even he was misbehaving.

@lenovo looks like Lenovo laptops can’t be trusted anymore. The products as well as their service. They don’t care after the product is sold.
