1989年6月3日入夜，长安街西段的木樨地，成了那一夜流血最多的地方。

当晚，从西郊开进城的戒严部队沿复兴路向天安门推进。在木樨地一带，他们遭遇了密集的市民和学生，人们用身体、用自行车、用公共汽车设起路障，试图拦住军队进城。这里是西长安街的咽喉，是部队进入市中心的必经之路，也因此成了第一道、也是最惨烈的一道防线。

枪声从这里响起，戒严部队向手无寸铁的���群直接开枪，使用的是足以致命的军用子弹。中弹的人一个接一个倒下，倒在马路上、人行道上、自行车旁。附近的复兴医院、儿童医院、邮电医院在几个小时内涌入大量伤者和遗体，走廊和车棚都摆满了人。许多死难者就是在木樨地中弹的，他们中有人在抢救伤员，有人只是住在附近、出门看一眼，就再也没能回家。

三十七年过去，官方从未承认在木樨地这里发生过什么，更没有公布过一份完整的死难者名单。

请和我们一起，记住木樨地，记住那个血腥的夜晚，记住那些倒下后再没能站起来的普通人。
