I need my money back and if not I have written communication from your side which Flipkart is now failing to comply by. This is clearly harassing customer and forcing them to use app. Requesting you to help me in this matter.

@Braun I ordered an epilator 2 months back and after one use the charger is not working. I couriered the epilator and charger to the service center due to covid restrictions on 17th Oct 2021 and I have still not received any replacement or support from your representative
