This is a silly falsehood.

All of those Republican judicial candidates were supported by extremely large dark money expenditures, mostly from out of state interest groups which skirted the law.

Here, for example, is @RepMarkWalker's "Win the Courts" project. This colorful bus physically transported Republican judicial candidates from stop to stop. Yet none of its spending was ever reported as candidate contributions.

Every lawful voter deserves to have his or her voice heard. Yet under Auditor Boliek’s watch, the State Board of Elections has been directing counties to eliminate Sunday voting and remove early voting from college campuses including the country's largest HBCU. It’s cynical politics and it’s wrong. To “reassign” the former Executive Director of the NC Republican Party is too little too late.
