@T_REX1991 I wouldn’t say “wasted”. College football as a whole has changed and is changing. The chaos across the landscape and parity it WILD. Mini NFL where rankings mean nothing to a degree, anyone can win, all games matter but one week can be so bad just like the cowboys did a week ago
@BaylorBearsOnSI Respectfully, BU not having enough NIL is hurting the most.
We are getting out bid and the players are not coming.
It’s not complicated to figure out.
It’s an NIL world. We either join it all in or have seasons like this. We have known since ‘21.
@BaylorBearsOnSI Respectfully, offense. Everyone talked about CDA because they are tired. Go back and watch our 7 losses. The average pts put up in the 1st half of those games is terrible. Didn’t help our defense out.
Cincy- 6
UH- 9
UA, ASU, TCU- 10
Utah, UA- 17
@FunkyMuncy13@stanbino7 Offense wasn’t the problem… what games did you watch? Go back and look at our 6 key big game loses and see how many pts we averaged in the 1st half. Yr two under Spavital was predictable. There is a reason he is one and done with the list of QBS on his resume.
@PaulCatalina Our fans have to buy season tickets as well regardless of the coach, players, and BU atmosphere….. RENEW your season tickets BU. BU needs you now more than ever!!!!!!
NIU Head Football Coach Thomas Hammock didn't hold back earlier this season when discussing the reality of NCAA revenue sharing, the transfer portal, and NIL
@T_REX1991 Respectfully I disagree. We got outbid. The bigger schools came in and offered more. I don’t like the transfer portal much because some players are looking for leverage, some an opportunity/highest bid, and some running away from effort and just finding an easy home.
@lockedonbaylor NIL $$$& Checks Wild West right now. Money talking at the end of the day. Other teams looking at our recruiting class and offering more. They are under a 1 yr contract. This has happened the last two years.
@T_REX1991 NIL $$$$ Checks. It’s the wild west! We better get with the times but hard to get NIL $ without an AD. $$$ talks too much for a 1yr contract.
