NCCRS extends congratulations and best wishes to newly-appointed NYPD Police Commissioner Edward A. Caban and First Deputy Commissioner Tania Kinsella. The NYPD has been a valued NCCRS member since 1974.
Today, @NYCMayor Eric Adams appointed Edward A. Caban as the 46th Police Commissioner of the City of New York. The Bronx native is a 32-year veteran of the NYPD and the first Hispanic to hold this title. Best wishes to our new top cop!
