Day 11 of #AIVSC26 was a day of honour, achievement and inspiration! ✈️🔥

🎖️ Lt Gen Virendra Vats, YSM, SM, VSM, Director General NCC, graced the camp with his visit. Received at the Central Hall by the Camp Commandant, he was accorded a crisp Guard of Honour, a ceremonial welcome that reflected the discipline and pride of the Air Wing.

🛩️ The DG viewed a static display of Apache helicopter aeromodels crafted by the cadets. Each model stood as proof of skill, imagination and patient craftsmanship. He also received a comprehensive camp report covering eleven days of discipline, dedication and distinction.

🏅 The Felicitation Ceremony was the highlight of the day. The DG personally honoured the medal winners in Skeet Shooting, .22 Firing, Aeromodelling, Health and Hygiene and Cross Country, cadets who turned long hours of practice into achievement. He later interacted with the media and had lunch with the cadets at the Central Hall, a gesture that showed the bond between NCC leadership and the youth it mentors.

⛺ The Tent Pitching Competition reached its halfway mark, with contingents racing against the clock. Canvas rose in seconds, ropes tightened in perfect rhythm and every cadet knew their role, a true test of teamwork, coordination and speed. The remaining contingents will complete the competition tomorrow, bringing AIVSC-26 to its final lap.

With every other competition now concluded, the contest is nearly won. For those who won, it is recognition. For those who did not, it is a reason to train harder and return stronger.
