Congratulations to our newest Member Emeritus, Joel Hartley! Joel retired from Davidson County in February after 30 years of service. He has been a part of NCLGISA for nearly 30 years and was a vital part of the organization in many ways.
Our 2024 IT Professional of the Year is Ben Liddy, IT Manager for the City of Lenoir, NC.
