The NCAA is recommending for 2026-27 and mandating for 2027-28 that standard game balls for men’s lacrosse be fluorescent green or yellow to improve visibility.

Fluorescent game balls are officially approved for @NCAALAX.

Recommended for all divisions for the 2027 season, this will be a requirement for 2028, the NCAA announced.

City College of New York is elevating their club team to NCAA DIII starting this upcoming school year.

The team has been around since 1888 and has been playing in NCLL DII as of late. Ryan Garling has been named Head Coach.
