When I traveled earlier this year to North Carolina to speak at the @NCMiddle Conference, little did I know that such an epiphany was waiting on me.
I knew of Dr. Brandi Kelly @jbmrkelly and her impact as a speaker, author, leader, consultant and more. It was my honor to have spent time in dialogue at @NCMiddle with her, @Techbradwaid, @DarrinMPeppard, @Joshua__Stamper, @CharlePeck and others. My dear friend Dr. @jorgedoespbl always reminds me of the opportunity we all have to learn from each other.
I’m excited about this podcast episode and believe that it, when it drops, will be a great prelude to my speaking at the upcoming @ed311news Conference! Some of the same themes will be shared there.
Thank you Dr. Kelly for the time of sharing and exchanging ideas on your podcast. The best is yet to come! Let’s all continue to build community and elevate humanity! 🌎

You are so very welcome Sir! The true thanks goes to you Wade. I’ve had the distinct honor of becoming acquainted with the work of different leaders tagged on this post because of you.
A longtime mentor shared with me that great leaders are always connecting other leaders and investing in them. You do that for all of us Wade.
Words can never express how grateful I am for our paths crossing years ago. Thank you for everything and welcome to the North Texas Area! While speaking at the @NCMiddle Conference earlier this year, Brad and I reflected on what a great human being you are!
As a speaker, presenter, and proud positivity promoter new sessions can be scary! Will it connect? Is this what my audience NEEDS to hear? Is it engaging enough?
But as I lock in this BRAND NEW session that will debut for Texas leaders at the @TEPSAtalk Summer Conference in less than two weeks, I don’t feel the doubt and am so excited to share this message! A high impact session designed to help leaders stay connected to their staff and rediscover the joy during even the most difficult and demanding days! This session provides practical leadership strategies that strengthen relationships, build trust and protect energy without adding more to your already overfilling plate ✨
Thank you TEPSA for the opportunity! I can’t wait to see all my Texas friends!
If your school, organization or conference needs this message, reach out and let’s have a conversation ✨
