The Vanderbilt signee completed 14-of-19 passes for 205 yards and 5 TD. He added four rushes for 78 yards and 1 TD.

Curtis needed one score to tie Jalen Hurd and Kaedyn Marable for the championship record.

Nashville Christian sets a state record for most points in the opening half of the BlueCross Bowl with a 49-point showing against USJ.

Union City held the previous record with a 42-point effort in 2014.
