@gcashofficial but i always pay in full and in advance. My advance payment has a reason. And you just can't take a 13k loan limit without a notice. Your inconsistent and misleading info by saying pay in advance always to get higher limit. I will raise a complaint in BSP because of this.

Bakit parang wala kayo ginagawa @mayaofficialph sa concerns namin?Daming reklmo regarding transfered money to maya na dipa nagrereflect sa mga accounts namin wala kami makuhang matinong sagot?Di namin matatanggap yung mag antay ng 2-3 days na yan kung pambayad namin sa bills yan.

@mayaofficialph my problem is not about bills payment option, i transfered money from my bank to my maya wallet intended for bills payment but it is not reflecting on my maya wallet. My bank confirmed that the transfer is successful yet still not reflecting on my account on maya.
