The Met Police has issued advice to women to ‘shout or wave a bus down’ or ‘run into someone’s house’ if they don’t trust a male police officer. Seriously unbelievable & out of touch with the toxic culture in their organisation & issues women continue to face on a daily basis.

Brief reflections on teaching in a hybrid or 'HyFlex' (hybrid flexible) room for the first time. Firstly, each room is totally different. We were moved at the last minute to a room with one display instead of two. Moving rooms is even more inconvenient than usual.
Absolutely it is a doctor’s responsibility to be clear that a cancer is incurable before any treatment plan is agreed. There seems to be a default to unrealistic optimism in some oncologists.
