In 2024, Graduate Student Alice Burchett and her lab mates drove 17 hours to Kennedy Space Center with a unique Cargo: Vials of Brain Cancer Cells.

The hope is that these cells, after a 40 day Space Trip, would hold the Cure to Glioblastroma.
