@obvious_shirts You know the offense sucks when they can't even score runs in Coors Field. I'm annoyed that the White Sox are way more fun and a much better team right now. The Cubs were supposed to be competing for a title this year. Now they look like a bottom dwelling team.

@DOM_Frederic All we see from the "leaders" in the post game interviews is how they are a good team and will get things turned around. No real urgency in their voice or demeanor. We need someone to step up with some fire and hold each other accountable for what's going on. We need a Rizzo type

@obvious_shirts In genuinely curious how much longer the Cubs can struggle before the trade talks around Happ, Suzuki, Boyd, Imanaga and Taillon really start to kick up. Unless this team improves soon, those talks are going to continue to gain traction.

@packers @Invisalign So, does anyone in Packer nation have much confidence in this team to do anything in the playoffs? Going in on a 4 game losing streak and the defense has especially looked bad. Then this game happened. Yes, it was the backups, but still, that is an ugly way to enter the playoffs

@obvious_shirts I sense another one year deal for a reliever being announced by the Cubs soon. That's all they seem to do. They need to do something to improve the offense, but they seem too scared to offer contracts large enough to get anyone of note.
