We head East to Jerome Berg Field in Mayville, home to the MPCG Patriots & MSU Comets. Jerome Berg was a 1951 MSU grad & a 4 sport athlete. The stadium converted to artificial turf in 2018 & is also the current home to the ND Shrine Bowl. Thanks to Coach Adam Sola for the pics!

Today we visit Gainor Field in Milnor & North Sargent Field in Gwinner, home fields of the Sargent County Bulldogs. Gainor Field is named after Martin Gainor, a 1934 Milnor grad, who went on to be a Hall of Fame Tackle at UND & a career with the Winnepeg Blue Bombers in the CFL.

Our next stop takes us to Larry Sandy Field, home of the Velva-Drake-Anamoose-GarrisonAggies. The field is named after Hall of Fame Coach Larry Sandy, who led the Aggies to 10 State Titles. Thank you Coach Matt Weidler for the pictures!
Cardinal Stadium in Carrington, ND. Constructed in '23, it replaced the structure "Stadium 76" which stood since '76. Former UND & Vikings standout Jim Kleinsasser played here from '91-'94 & is home to 2 State Title teams (82 & 89). Thank you Coach Kyle Smith for pics & info!
The Tioga Pirates play on the newly renovated Tioga Football Field which has added a new surface, lights, scoreboard, grandstand, concessions, home locker room & sprinkler system. Thank you to Coach Tim Schaffer for the pictures!
Today we stay on Hwy 2 & go to one of the newest fields in the state: Sentinel Stadium & the home of the Minot North Sentinels. It opened in '24, the same year they played their first year of varsity football.

Today's stop takes us to Lyne Enget Field and home to the Stanley Blue Jays. Lyne Enget was a long time Hall of Fame Coach & AD in Stanley, who passed away in 2015. The Blue Jays were crowned State Champs in '99, '02 & '11. Thanks to Coach Jaxton Lorenz for the pictures!
Heading down Highway 2, tonight's field takes us to Towner, ND and home of the Towner-Granville-Upham Titans. Towner was the State 9-Man runners up in 1992. Thanks to Coach Ben Wollenzien for the pictures!
From Hazen, we head north to Des Lacs, ND and home to the Des Lacs-Burlington Lakers. The field was resurfaced in the early to mid-2000's and is home to the 1993 Class B 11-man State Champions. Thank you to Coach Taylor Teske for the pictures.
Today's field brings us along the banks of the Knife River to Beulah, home of the Miners. Beulah was crowned State Champions in 1989 & 2015. Thank you to Coach Mitch Grochow for sharing these beautiful pictures!
Today's field brings us to the home of the back to back 9-Man State Champs: the New Rockford-Sheyenne-Maddock Rockets. The field gets used in the spring and summer for the Sheyenne-New Rockford Black Sox baseball team. Thanks to Coach Elliott Belquist for the beautiful pictures.

Today we head to Jerlow Field in Kindred home to the Vikings. Named after longtime Coach & AD Greg Jerlow, he began his career in '78 at Kindred & was an inspiration to those who played for him. The track was resurfaced last summer. Thank you Coach Brad Ambrosius for pics & info.

Tonights field is the home of the Cavalier Tornadoes: Rod Oksendahl Field @ the United Valley Bank Sports Complex. Located a few blocks S of CHS it was host of the famous "Mud Bowl" in '19 between CHS & New Rockford at the time #1 & 2 in the state. TY to Mitch Greenwood for pics
