NEWS24 has just broke a story about Penny Wong blowing $80,000 to fly to New York on a separate flight to Albanese.

Sharri just broke the story. And it prove that Labor have zero regard for the taxpayers. We all know they don't.

The meeting in New York for Anthony Albanese to receive an award in a personal capacity has cost taxpayers over $5 million dollars in flights, hotel, grog and food. All the while the grub has the hide to slug us $615 per night living away allowance.

Even more alarming. Albanese was caught on film saying his next step of his "DIGITAL DUTY OF CARE BILL" is to censor content he deems "MISS-INFORMATION"

Albanese then denied he said it. He lied once again.

This is getting out of hand.

7% nationally, with enormous support in South Wales, Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Essex, Kent, all across the North and more.

This is historic progress for a party that is just seven months old.

I've been on the road too: Leicester, Piddington (twice) and London. Everywhere I go, women tell me the same thing:

They're done being ignored.

Matthew McDonagh says he encountered two individuals praying in a changing room at Hovis Belfast, obstructing access to his locker.

He recorded it.

He was subsequently dismissed.

And then, according to Matthew, Hovis offered him a settlement agreement with conditions preventing him from publicly discussing what happened.

In other words, he says they tried to buy his silence.

Meanwhile, we’re constantly told we must be “accepting” of religious practices, even when ordinary people question how those practices affect shared spaces.

Freedom of religion does not mean freedom to obstruct someone else.

Matthew worked there for 20 years with no disciplinary history.

Now he’s refusing to stay quiet and needs legal help to challenge what happened.

Paramount is acquiring network and it will be under new leadership of Larry and David Ellison.

Staff at CNN is already threatening to leave. To make mattes worse for them. The Ellisons have reached out to Elon Musk to be an investor of Paramount.

This would make Elon a partial owner of CNN. The same network that spent years calling him a fascist will be their new owner.

New Zealand First is announcing today it will campaign on lowering the company tax rate for SMEs to 20% for companies with turnover under $30 million, from its current 28% tax rate.

This is a much-needed bold step to encourage more investment by our small businesses that will create higher productivity, expand their business, and employ more New Zealanders.
Corporate taxes can reduce productivity, particularly in entrepreneurial and innovative sectors.

Lower company tax rates can improve long-run productivity growth, and stimulate the creation of new companies.

A lower tax rate leaves additional cash available for reinvestment and reduces reliance on bank debt.

It is estimated that the tax reduction will have an initial annual fiscal cost of approximately $1 billion. This will be more than covered in the medium term by more companies collectively paying a lower tax rate, higher employment, a growing economy, and more spending.

This is about moving away from policies that give short-term sugar hits to consumers and move toward proper long-term investment in businesses that will grow our economy and increase productivity, increase labour demand, employment, and wages.

A similar move has been made by Australia in recent years and provides a credible international model. New Zealand needs to catch up to key competitors to ensure that we are seen as a country of growth for our businesses that innovate and create productivity and employment.

The OECD consistently ranks corporate income taxes among the taxes most harmful to economic growth because they affect investment decisions and capital formation.

It shows that lowering corporate tax rates encourages investment by reducing the cost of capital, and that corporate taxation can have a negative effect on productivity.

New Zealand needs smart long-term thinking to turn our economy around and get our economy growing.
