@washingtonpost Terribly written description. It suggests Trump is free to "pursue" the fund. He is not. The judge said (rightly or wrongly) that there was nothing to enjoin because the Admin had said there would be no fund.

The bgng rules and scope of bgng are very different. Some states prohibit collective bargaining altogether. LOL good luck

@JPFinlayNBCS I'm guessing that like the C and WR markets in FA, they have identified specific players in whom they'd be interested if they become avail, and are *not* "looking for a WR." I doubt BA is one of those specific players, but who knows; this FO runs silent, which is a good thing.
