Being in the “middle” is easy. Being average is easy. Trying to be extraordinary or different is hard. It makes u vulnerable to judgement. But it very inspiring to others. Another example of leadership through example. That resonates with a team and that is being a TEAMMATE.

We had a great time working with the Fargo North GBB today. Appreciate all of your effort and attitude today. Go Spartans!!!!

WORK WINS!!! For the most successful teams and players this work will NEVER be seen by people outside of your team. Most of the work required to be successful will be done with NO audience. But it is this WORK that WINS both on and off the floor.

Another great two days of Top 100 Camp. Had a great time with the campers. They played four 5 on 5 games, had three leadership lectures and also had a guest speaker that discussed academics and time management. Thanks to all the campers who attended this year. Good luck.

GREAT first day of Top 100 Camp. Had a lecture from three time National Champion Katie Richards on the importance of academics and time management, and then ended the night with some college player drills for the campers to learn from. Excited for Day 2.

I know every coach may say it. But I Love our players and this TEAM. They are GREAT kids and really show me everyday how much they care about our FAMILY. I am one lucky coach.
