@FutureSox I feel like for what Nishida does, it will play at any level. He hits, he’s a nightmare on the bases, and he gets on base a ton. Throw this guy at the bottom of the lineup and let him
Get some starts in the OF, amd use him to PH when you need contact or PR when you need a run.
@GoldeNDomerzz@nd_winencheese We better have 3 home night games again! Night game Saturdays are the best experience! Vs SMU
Vs Miami
Vs Stanford or MSU, 2 rivals.
Or just give us 4 and put my liver to the test.
@whitesox If they plan on trading Lee, this gives us that 3rd catcher again so know we can keep one of Teel/Quero at DH. Getting value for Lee and using McGuire as the emergency 3rd catcher makes a lot of sense.
@DavidGabrielDJ QBs are going to force things more in practice. That’s the time to try and see what you’re capable of doing. We heard this all offseason in 25’. It’s not an issue.
@tbhorka I felt like this was etched in stone the moment they brought in 2 CBs. Gray is good at splash plays but he consistently gives up a big play or a big PI in big games.
@jamelljohnson_@CFBGuy999 He has the ability to be better than Kyren. Prior to Kyren’s 2 year run, he had zero evidence of being a great RB. Aneyas has a lot of evidence already.
@TrojanFBx USC has 3 guaranteed losses already in 26’. They didn’t want 4 with ND. I’m sure they’ll find a 4th anyways with that soft as baby shit, Swiss Cheese 🧀 run defense.
@joshvog04835508@ChiSoxFanMike He caught my eye in 24’ when he never stopped hitting in the minors. Early 25’ he was out of rhythm with sporadic PT. After they sent him down and he annihilated AAA, he came back and showed real signs of being a MLB player. I think he breaks through in 26’.
@CathVSConf@SpEdits122 Yup the CFP announcement, watching Miami pop up on the screen. That shit was the worst moment in any era for me as an ND fan. And it’s not because I didn’t think Miami deserved it. It’s because the CFP committee manufactured it the week before when they bumped Bama ahead of us!
@SoxOps7252 @ChiSoxFanMike You can say the White Sox were unlucky ending up with 3 injury prone franchise players. My opinion is giving 3 young players that kind of money let those players take their foot off the gas and coast.
@SoxOps7252 @ChiSoxFanMike Sure it’s opinion but let’s look at the 3.
Eloy
Moncada
Robert
We didn’t need to extend them when we did. None of them showed anything of significance at the major league level b4 signing these extensions. All 3 have had eerily similar progression in their careers.
@nd_winencheese Conference championships make zero sense with 16+ team conferences where certain teams will win the conference due to avoiding playing the best while better teams will miss it because they played a gauntlet.
Also the CFP committee doesn’t even budge for Conference Ship Games.
