@AbsaSouthAfrica Thanks. Both the manager and the consultant contacted me snd apologised for the delay. I appreciate that they had to wait (and wait some more) for the Credit division. I am satisfied that the matter is resolved.
@AbsaSouthAfrica Terrible service from Cresta. On 18 August asked session on my matured policy to be lifted. Granted, but up to today no cancellation letter received. NO response to emails, incl to branch mgr.
@AbsaSouthAfrica The branch just phoned me. Apparently they've mailed me the cancellation letter to my work address. I will verify a bit later and will update you.
