The US is air conditioning entire football stadiums meanwhile many university libraries in Germany dont have AC out of concern for energy consumption and sustainability
The economic loss because of the reduced human capital accumulation must be huge.
Since 2008, $15B taxpayer dollars have been invested in California High Speed Rail. There is no working track and zero passengers so far.
In the same time frame $12B in private funds were invested in SpaceX pre IPO.
SpaceX has 10,000 Starlink satellites serving 10 million customers and has taken 74 passengers into orbit.
Politicians tell you they’ll do better with Elon’s money than he does. California shows the truth.
“Nobody has the right to live their lives being protected from offense or from insults or from hurt feelings. It is an occupational hazard of living in society.”

@travisclones We have amtrac but its not efficient on timing for anything at o'hare or anything in Chicago for that matter. Enough foreigner traffic from U of I to deserve the plane route though.
A German visiting Auburn, Alabama, to watch Lionel Messi and Argentina play Iceland stopped at a Buc-ee's and ate brisket sandwiches on a stack of deer feeder corn.
A sentence never before uttered in all of human history.
With panorama we've also been able to track how well we have done killing weeds and crop status with photos from our cameras. Special thanks to the boys at @HettingerPlants for the support all season so far. Any questions DM either of us!
Finally got autosteer dialed in so I have time to be on here! Running Symphony Vision Spot by @PrecisionPlant and absolutely loving the abilities this has brought us. We have been saving money on chemical while being more efficient getting acres covered with less stops.
It’s all talk. Just withhold foreign aid to Israel for a month and they’ll stop bombing their neighbors - instant peace, the Strait of Hormuz can be opened, and gas drops $2 a gallon. Israel has been, and continues to be, the biggest welfare recipient from American tax payers.
TUCKER: “How much does it matter what Americans think?”
HUCKABEE: “It matters every bit.”
TUCKER: “80% oppose war with Iran.”
HUCKABEE: “We don’t live in a world where polls dictate policy.”
TUCKER: “Oh, I thought you said it matters what Americans think.”
$32 million dollars and an entire administration mobilized to destroy one congressman.
His crime?
Demanding answers about Epstein class abuse networks, and refusing to let child predators hide behind political cover.
If that level of firepower doesn't tell you who's being protected, nothing will.
Go Massie!
Our brand new build is off to the field with a 1,600 gallon nitrogen tank… on the planter! This thing is stout! Cornerstone Row units with row by row control on every application. 🫡

🚨 THOMAS MASSIE just said what MILLIONS are thinking out loud:
"When I endorsed him, I thought we wouldn't have a new war."
"I thought we would get warrants for FISA."
"I thought that MAHA would be front and center at HHS with Bobby Kennedy there."
"I thought we would end our involvement in the war in Ukraine."
"I thought we would release all the Epstein files and indict some of those SOBs."
"Those are all the things I'm still fighting for."
The ONLY guy in DC who actually MEANT it.
No new wars. Audit the spies. Release the files.
Don't tread on Massie. 🦍 🟧
Activist: "You can graze sheep underneath solar panels. It's called agrivoltaics."
Farmer: "I've read the brochures."
Activist: "Best of both worlds."
Farmer: "The panels shade the sward. Productive species die back. What grows is what tolerates shade and compaction. Sheep won't finish on it."
Activist: "But the trials show it works."
Farmer: "The trials run three years and measure ewe presence. Not lamb growth rates. Not finishing weights. Not what the soil looks like in year fifteen."
Activist: "It's still better than nothing."
Farmer: "It's a 30% stocking rate, a steel frame I can't plough around, panel-cleaning chemicals running into the watercourse, and a 40-year lease I can't break."
Activist: "But you're getting energy AND lamb."
Farmer: "I'm getting a third of the lamb, a maintenance contract, and a field my grandson can't farm."
Activist: "You're being negative."
Farmer: "I'm watching a thousand-year-old way of feeding people get traded for twenty-five years of subsidised electricity. Negative would be the polite word."
Hey @elonmusk maybe someone has asked this. But we are already using @Starlink to transfer ag data in real time and to give live display monitoring. Is there anyway (or future plans) to be able to use starlink to recieve RTK accuracy and cut out these expensive RTK subscriptions?
