Last year I took part in the @histassoc ECDP. The modules have helped improve my teaching in many ways. I'm continuing to include more narrative and interpretations in my teaching; noticing a difference in my confidence and the progress of my students - highly recommend for ECTs!

We've reintroduced students standing up when a member of staff walks into the room. As I walked in, most of my Y7 class stood up. One student was confused and questioned why, because they thought it was only for "important teachers" 🙃😂
