trying to get built like mewtwo before LAN, so here i am at 7am. been gyming since Nov, but first time going in the morning, going every day this week & posting here to hold myself accountable! might be my first post w/o makeup 😅 also 1st time taking preworkout too
Day ONE!
every week i step on the scale, i have to remind myself that my starting weight was only so high cuz i’m an absolute unit & muscle weighs more than fat… former athlete probs surely aha
but regardless!!!! we finally down over 30lbs 😎
i don’t feel like i’ve changed at all but some ppl have commented on it. idk how i feel about celebrating my weight loss specifically, i’m more proud that i am moving daily & i feel a lot better than before! i struggle so much w consistency, so it’s a good benchmark for progress!

here are some simple things i changed in my daily routine that have helped me towards my goal of creating better habits for sustainable weight loss/better overall health physically & mentally 🫵
ALSO i should mention i had a lot of bad days where i fell back into old habits. the most important part of this journey is being able to wake up the next day & forgive yourself for being human! forgiveness first, consistency comes after 🫶
these are simple but the hard part is showing up, especially if you dont feel like you deserve it 🫵 you do! you deserve to feel good. never to late to start making changes. shift your focus from weight loss, to bettering yourself & your habits. we got this, good luck friends‼️
