The NECEC will continue its Intergenerational programming for seniors & youth by addressing Mental Health Awareness to bridge the gap. Guest speaker, Jewel Rembert The Ultimate Choice Consulting, will share tools for creating a selfcare checklist among other important MH topics.
Getting proper nutrition can be a challenge for older people.
