As someone who has experienced both the glory of London before Brexit and its current mess of a jungle full of ninjas after it, I recommend Poland!

I’ve relocated near the Baltic Sea last year, and there’s no enforced diversity, meaning streets are clean, safe, and full of life!

The bureaucracy can be somewhat annoying, but having peace of mind is priceless, in my humble opinion!
