Fall Tryouts will begin on August 19th at Mt. Hope Christian Center located in Burlington. We will begin accepting tryout registrations on June 16th for all new families interested in joining one of the most prestigious club programs in New England!!!!!

New England Elite Basketball Announces Entry into Hoop Group Academic League, Delivering in a New Era of National Exposure and Academic Excellence

BURLINGTON, MA — New England Elite Basketball is proud to announce a transformational milestone in the evolution of its program. Program Directors Brendan Hoban (@Bhoban23) and Brandon Wiercinski (@brandonski1) are incredibly excited to officially unveil that the organization’s top 9th, 10th, and 11th grade teams will compete on the Hoop Group circuit as members of the Hoop Group Academic League (HGAL) beginning this upcoming spring and summer.

This move represents a game changer for New England Elite Basketball as the program enters a bold new era of excellence—one defined by elite competition, national visibility, and a steadfast commitment to academic-driven recruiting.

The Hoop Group Academic League is widely regarded as the premier national platform for high-academic basketball recruiting, drawing college coaches from top Division II, Division III, and academically elite institutions across the country. By joining this circuit, New England Elite Basketball elevates its student-athletes onto the highest level of national exposure available for academically focused programs.

As part of the HGAL schedule, New England Elite Basketball teams will compete in top Hoop Group showcase events across the country, with confirmed stops this spring and summer in PA, NJ and more!

In addition to this competitive leap, New England Elite Basketball is also launching a comprehensive educational and recruiting support initiative designed to further separate the program from traditional club models. Beginning in January, every student-athlete in the program will be assigned a dedicated college recruiting advisor. These advisors will meet monthly with student-athletes out of the program’s Burlington office, in small groups and also individual sessions.

We will begin putting together rosters and offering spots to top High School players effective immediately. To inquire about potential rosters spots please DM us or email us [email protected]
