A good performance against a good side, but not quite enough as a couple of big decisions didn't go our way.

The first time in 12 months that NEG didn't win a game.

Only the club's third regular season league defeat since February 2023.

NEG secure SUL title - club's eighth trophy - after winning 8 out of 8 league games in the top division.

Not only the first NEG team to complete a league campaign unbeaten, but also with a 100% win record.

It's 7 wins out of 8 in the top division for NEG, with one big game to go.

Nothing worth fighting for comes easy; Rovers made us work as we trailed at halftime.

But NEG spirit shone through to make it six top division wins in a row (seven in all comps).

Today we did, overcoming a very game Entren to secure the three points.

Job done, as NEG complete this rare two-part game by securing three points and the Shield.

Resilience was key after the restart as Rovers scored first to level things up, but two Abdul goals would follow to give NEG a big win.

A comprehensive win secures NEG 2nd place in a competitive division during first semester.

An exciting mix of old and new players are gelling well, ready to kick on in 2025.

Football can be joyous and it can be cruel.

We've been on both sides of it, with today unfortunately being a very late defeat to a good side.

Proud of our lads who battled hard and deserved more.

A tough test against a resurgent Fylde saw our opponents take a two-goal lead.

Maz pulled one back before late drama, as Ephraim scored a last-minute equaliser to secure a valuable point.

NEG are back for 2024/25, our 14th season in UCLan Students' Union League.

Yesterday saw a competitive battle against a spirited Rangers side, with a great result and performance to build on.
