Megan received 231 tweets, 25 phone calls, and 34 emails accusing her of being either a groomer, pedophile or child abuser after the Coalition made the defamatory statements. 

This kind of defamation and harassment is not protected speech and meant to marginalize Nebraskans.

The Nebraska Freedom Coalition accused Megan Hunt of specifically abusing her own thirteen year old child by calling her a groomer. Grooming is well defined in Nebraska statute, the Attorney General, and even the Coalition themselves provided a criminal definition of grooming.
