The Constitution is a work of genius, but it was written for a world of quill pens and sailing ships.

It has not been meaningfully updated for the realities of modern life.

Quantum Plan: Modernize it.

Keep the bedrock: separation of powers, core individual rights, and the fundamental structure that has endured for over two centuries.

Add what the 21st century actually demands - and write real, severe penalties for any official who violates those principles. A right with no enforcement is just a suggestion.

The Founders expected this. They built the amendment process into the Constitution precisely because they knew they could not foresee everything. They trusted future generations to update the framework as the world changed.

Treating the Constitution as a frozen, untouchable relic is not honoring the Founders.

Honoring them means doing exactly what they did: updating the system to fit the country we actually live in today.
