Tomorrow volunteers from Northern Exposure Rescue will be afloat on the River Tyne in Newcastle supporting the BUCS Rowing Head. We will be afloat with our friends from @redsealrescue who have very kindly agreed to help us with our launching and recovery.

Many thanks to the team from @DefibMachines who swapped out the defib on our lifeboat Western Protector today.
If you are interested in getting a defibrillator for your business, then we wholeheartedly recommend them.

So, another day is complete for our volunteers down at Dartmouth Royal Regatta Sailing Week. Today was the longer "Round the Bay Race," but we proved our worth again as huge black clouds and torrential rain enveloped the course, cutting visibility to 200m at one point. π¦π§π§
A busy day two for the volunteers from #TeamNER today whilst down at @dartmouthsailingweek. Today, we've assisted several boat's including a yacht with a broken mast, a broken outboard on another, and one with a broken rudder.

We are always up to try something new! These are autonomous racing marks from @marksetbot that we are using for @DartmouthWeek down in Devon.

We provided several safety boats to the Platinum Reflections event to mark the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth the Second and the ascension of HRH Kings Charles the Third to the Throne. The event on the Tidal River Thames was challenging but spectacular event.
Last year we were called upon to support the funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth the Second and act as a guard boat for the Queen's Row Barge, The Gloriana at Windsor.
Last year we supported intrepid paddleboarder Adrian Angell, with the tidal Thames section of his mammoth cross-Britain trip, raising money for Diabetes UK.
Sorry, we are not very good with Twitter. Here is some flashback content from our Instagram and Facebook feeds. Thanks to Thames Alive/Maritime Filming for some of the drone shots.
Huge thanks to the team Boaty Bits for replacing the upholstery on our 6.4 inshore lifeboat Western Protector recently. Boaty Bits provided all the foam and fabric but also assembled it all together for us free of charge.
Thank you @BoatyBits!!
