@RawBeautyKristi Gotta be careful with ssris. They can destroy just as much as they can help, if not more depending on your perspective of value.
It’s okay to use them. It can definitely help, but there are things to watch out for. I’ve leaned on them many times before.
@RawBeautyKristi My first experience with this was 11 years ago with my first child. I felt like a failure. It continued with my 2nd. N now I’ve just had my 3rd. Only now do I know mom guilt exists. There wasn’t info online like there is now. I always thought I was failing.
@RawBeautyKristi Exactly! They’re up for a feeding and a diaper, a bit of snuggles and then sleepy again! Now if only my boys would be quiet for these naps🙄
@RawBeautyKristi Things get easier and then you reach the next milestone with new things they will experience, new things you gotta watch for, and it goes on and on. Plus, boys get themselves into trouble and get hurt a lot. They’re crazy and amazingly sweet.
@RawBeautyKristi If ur a mom who cares and loves her child then it will never go away. This isn’t bad. But its overwhelming. Over time you build confidence in your decisions. I’ve had like 9000 anxiety attacks as a mom. Before you know it you’ll learn to think of everything
@RawBeautyKristi Time to come around full circle. It will be hard but it’s the only way to truly be happy and continue to be the best you can be at motherhood, and being KRISTI.
@RawBeautyKristi Ok I’m going to be completely honest with you.
As a mother of 2, pregnant with my third, and an aspiring influencer for many years.
1. This is absolutely normal. Not something anyone wants to keep around. But normal.
2. You need to remember who you are.
@RawBeautyKristi So you gotta take steps towards getting back to being you, accepting help with the baby in order to do so, and in time you’ll learn to balance both. But you haven’t spent a moment on yourself. Depression means it’s been a bit too long.
