Pakistan maintains an indigenous, cost-effective, credible minimum deterrence despite India's defence budget being 9–10 times larger. @Harvard @BelferCenter study also estimated: India's capacity to range 2,680 nuclear weapons, underscoring need for balanced regional assessments
