@_aoaoaozaki "Well it is the weekend, I'm going to be frank. Work has been slow on my end, my research won't fund itself."
He took out what looked like a cigar before lighting it. A rune glowed faintly as it burned. Just a ward, nothing harmful.
"So many interesting people and things are happening so quickly. Meeting deities that I believe in. Finding out certain mages aren't what they seem and heroic spirits."
Looks at a small book he jotted notes in.
"My life is going to get chaotic isn't it?"
+ but that's only a means to an end. She willed and so it must be.
"However, I see Death more as a guide. That depiction is the type most of my family aimed for & one of the many depictions I believed in."
A smile from her, man his father and grandfather would be envious if they saw that.
"Of course, there are man who would play god with these types of abilities. But to bring balance, that is one of the various duties of death is it not?"
He may utilize the dead & spirits +
“I condemn many necromancers for pulling directly from my realm. Their disruptions are quick to be punished.
But this, I suppose, shall be permitted, knowing your purpose. But know that you have your limits, and all will be well.”
"Ah so you are a league above most. On the surface I can use familiars, the forms of undead as well. However the phantasmal beast I can use are akin to minor familiars. Haven't attempted summoning demons yet either."
He was still adjusting to most things but at the same time +
“Anything regarding death or the natural abyss, shadows, darkness bend at my very beck and call” he spoke softly.
“I can control the darkness just as I raise the shadows of the dead”
"From what I can recall. Our magecraft was a means to have death's aid in combat situations. It is not us taking from it. But co-existing."
He slowly summoned a skeleton before her, his own magic flowing fron that arisen corpse.
"All to be closer to our god & goal."
Oh well now. He's slowly chugging the drink he brought with him.
"Man it's hot in here."
Blame the Thunder God for that. But still he's making another few golems. Run the gauntlet.
And Runar got to see those Arms and everything else in action.
The Golems didn't break, they were fortified. Even if they weren't alive the magic within was being held in a form of stagnation.
"Might wanna hit a lil harder."
Smiles before using a mixture of runes and ice magic to make a few Golems for him.
"Have at it. They're like advanced training dummies."
Not really but they'd last for a bit.
"In better spirits than when I originally met you."
He smiled.
"It's a nice thing big guy don't worry. Also...you don't mind if I keep watching?"
Totally 'wasn't' enjoying it.
