It might have been hot in 1976, but this is objectively worse.
Wanna know why?
Because in 1976 you never had miserable old cunts on the internet telling you how hot it was fifty fucking years ago.
I think someone needs to tell @PapaJohnsUK that their Allerton Road branch appears to be taking the piss. Made an online order 70 mins ago, according the online tracker they're still "making it" and when I call i either get an answer phone message or it rings out... #PapaJohns
Whenever someone tries to get you to do something by dangling their fame or money or reputation over your head, they are grasping for leverage and you have the upper hand even though it may not feel that way.
I get that that’s hard to see or resist when you’re a young and inexperienced person but they’re the loser in the dynamic and it’s worth keeping in mind.
If I had a daughter I would teach her to laugh in the face of any horny old goat who tried to put her in a compromising position and to not respect the reputation games and outsize self-regard of such lowly people.
I’d also teach her that if she has to make threats, to not do it in passive voice.
@TPExpressTrains This happens every time, though.
Why don't you put on more trains or ones with more carriages if the demand is there? It passes through three major cities and I've never not seen it crammed. Plus, no service on first ever, either...
@TPExpressTrains why am I paying twice the price for a first class ticket when anyone can just come in and sit down on a normal ticket?! Would love to know...
