If anyone asks me for a mic recommendation, I always end up suggesting a mic which has support for internal recording.

It makes recording voiceovers super convenient. One does not have to turn the camera on every time for recording the voice.

And, this Insta360 Mic make things even better. It does support internal recording, but you do it with a microSD card instead.

So, one can keep swapping the cards. Data transfer becomes easier, and also, these internal recording supporting mics, at least in my experience, usually get damaged mostly when one keeps using the internal storage. It's only their storage part that starts throwing issues down the line.

So, this one is seriously awesome in that regard.
