Being a web3 community moderator isn't just deleting spam and banning bots.
It's reading the room before FUD spreads, keeping newcomers from getting scammed in DMs, and turning a Discord full of strangers into an actual community.

π Thaler Network: Test Today, Prepare for Mainnet! π
Thaler is building a Web3 ecosystem with tools for managing assets, building projects, launching tokens, and trading.
But what can you actually test on the public testnet? π
π 1. Wallet & Transactions
Connect your compatible wallet, claim test TLR if the faucet is available, check your balance, and try sending test tokens to another wallet.
π οΈ 2. Thaler Studio
Explore the available tools and check which building features are currently functional.
π 3. Thaler Launch
Open Launch and explore the available options. If token creation or launch actions are enabled, try them using testnet assets and follow the on-screen instructions.
π 4. Trade
Explore the trading interface and check which trading pairs and swap functions are available. Donβt assume every pair is live or has liquidity.
π 5. Universal Router
Explore any available router interface. If cross-network transfers are enabled, check the supported networks and carefully review the route before confirming. Donβt assume every route is active yet.
π§ͺ What should you do while testing?
β Check whether transactions complete successfully
β Note any errors or confusing steps
β Explore which features are live versus still in development
β Share constructive feedback with the Thaler community
π₯ Looking ahead: Mainnet & Launch
Mainnet is the production-network milestone, while Launch is an important part of Thalerβs ecosystem. Follow official updates for confirmed release dates and feature availability.

Are Web3 jobs really disappearing, or are we doing something wrong?
Lately, Iβve been seeing many people complain about how difficult it is to get jobs in Web3.
People are sending DMs, pitching projects, building portfolios, and trying their best, yet the results aren't coming.
But what could actually be the problem?
Is it that projects lack funding or founders aren't ready to hire?
Or are we lacking the right skills, knowledge, and experience?
Could it be our communication skills, the way we pitch ourselves, or how we approach founders and projects?
Are we trying to sell our services without understanding the problems projects actually need to solve?
Or has the Web3 job market simply become more competitive?
I know the struggle is real for many people, and not every situation is within our control. But I believe there's a lot we can learn by having this conversation honestly.
I'd love to hear from both job seekers and founders.
If you're looking for opportunities, what's been your biggest challenge?
And if you're a founder, what makes you hire someone or ignore their pitch?
No sugarcoating, no blame. Just honest opinions and experiences that could help someone else.
What's your honest take, CT? Let's talk in the comments.
