As a church today, during Mass, we prayed for the safe release of Fr. Emmanuel Ezemma who was abducted from his home by islamic terrorists on 2nd December 2025.
I was almost teary when we started praying for him.
We won't lose hope and faith.
It is well.
I visited my patron saint, here is the tombe of Padre Pio and I was touched and I said to myself
"why can't we all repent, love each other, and make heaven together" Just like Padre Pio?
Today marks exactly 7 months Fr. Emmanuel Ezemma from my Diocese was abducted by islamic terrorists from his home at about 1am.
I still believe that he is still alive.
Join us and pray for his quick and safe release.
He is a good priest.
His only offence was that he answered the call of God to be a priest.
Lord have mercy! No one deserves this at all.
Please don't forget him. Please.
God has never built His Church with perfect men.
He chose fishermen, doubters, cowards, and even a persecutor of Christians.
St. Peter denied Christ.
St. Thomas doubted Him.
St. Paul hunted down the faithful.
Yet God entrusted His mission to them and turned their weakness into His glory.
So who am I to demand perfection from the man Christ has placed on the Chair of Peter?
I stand with the 267th Successor of St. Peter, Pope Leo XIV.
I will pray for him, defend him, and remain united to him, not because he is perfect, but because Christ is faithful to His Church.
The world has enough voices tearing down the Pope.
I refuse to be one of them.
I choose fidelity over rebellion, prayer over outrage, and communion over division.
@PastorEAAdeboye you say Tinubu has done his bit yet your brothers and sisters are being murdered and children are in captivity in the bush. It seems you are a wolf Jesus warned us about.
