@mar5hallhoops When as the parent of a player should you consider trying out for an aau team. I have a daughter that just completed her 5th grade season, and we have been skill/skill/skill driven for a while now. Any advise would be great as she is our first.

@KmKj300 10-80-10 principal applies to a lot of scenarios, you lose you 90, by catering to the bottom 10.

@BRSchuff IMO, a lot of it has to do with the women's basketball team. We had a generational player there that everyone flocked to...she left and people still bought tickets to watch a mediocre women's team this year. Few other schools are competing with their women's team for ticket sales

If you can’t play catch, you can’t play. Plain and simple.

If you didn’t know by now, @MorganStuart18 and I keep it real. No tiptoeing around subjects to avoid hurting your feelings. When you reach a certain age, balls should be thrown consistently in the chest every single time when you’re playing catch. If not, you’re not focused/working on it enough.
