Our drawing club last week was based on Farmer duck!
The children had to draw what they think the animals dug up in the field!

Miss Smith's animals dug up a treasure chest of gold, then when the magic code was written the duck drove off in a Lamborghini!

In Year 2 we have been focusing on Dragons.
We used the book Tell Me a Dragon by Jackie Morris to write descriptive fact-files.
The children used amazing expanded noun phrases and are really proud of their work 😊

Down in Year R this week we are looking at Hansel and Gretel in our drawing club.
Today the witch had to pick which spider she wanted! The Silver Birch spider was grumpy!
The Maple spider wears roller skates and a bow!

Today we said goodbye to Chef Debbie who has been cooking for the children here for nearly 10 years - the whole school got together for a big NFIS thank you. Good luck in your next venture Debbie, the children and staff will miss you ☺️
