Al was one of my most favorite people to talk to in the building. We would have so many great conversations while I was at the school later in the afternoon and evening, about music and life. I miss him greatly and I'm so happy that he received this honor.

The final total for our Extra Life event weekend: $2,033!! It's amazing how much we were able to do in just over a week! Thank you to all that donated to these @CMNHospitals. @ctchildrens - about $1,400 of it is heading your way. Thanks for helping my students and their families!

Well, I'm not dead yet. I do seem to be cursed by an illager. I actually called up my 5th grade cousin for some guidance. Second hour of Minecraft complete... And maybe a bit more. It is a bit fun after a while. I'll give you kids that. #ForTheKids

Ending gaming for the night. My friends had voted for the game "Katamari Forever" and I played it live on social media for them. It was nice to see friends and family come by to chat. We also have raised $1,700! That means it is time for some more Minecraft tomorrow. #ForTheKids

Shout out to the Gangi family for playing wiffle ball for Extra Life! And letting me join in! We social distanced! It's only been since I was in 8th grade at @NFMiddleSchool that I played softball.

Took a bit of finagling, but here we are. Playing Harry Potter Lego in French from 4:30 until 7:30! (A fundraising incentive is a deal) I was playing Final Fantasy 7 Remake before it. I found all the cats!

This is why I never played mine craft. The noises startled me a couple of times too, not gonna lie. I've also played my ACNH with breakfast. Lego game is loading so I can play in French later (that was a fundraising challenge). Switching my schedule around so this can download.

So, I played Minecraft for about 1hr15min last night. No deaths, though a skeleton archer tried his best. I have a pet chicken and a pig that I trapped in a fence. Something started killing me (I didn't know what it was & Enderman was far in the distance) so I ran back and saved.

Did trivia with friends and got 1st place! Now time for that hour of Minecraft I promised to Joe who challenged me. How many times will I die? I'll keep you posted. 5 year old cousin's advise: get a sword. Thanks MM.

My @NFMiddleSchool Game Day participants have pushed us to $1,485 for @CMNHospitals and @ctchildrens. $15 more and I will have to play Minecraft for an hour! If we hit $1,700, maybe I'll play a second hour... And I'll keep track of how many times I die to creepers. 🎮
